Delivery & Refunds Information
Sugarlicious LTD complies fully with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 legislation. We are committed to providing the best service to our customers including delivery.
All orders placed before 1 PM BST on a weekday will be dispatched on the same day, excluding bank holidays. No orders will be despatched on the weekend. Currently, we have two delivery options, Royal Mail and DPD next (working) day delivery.
DPD is our courier of choice due to their reliable next day delivery services and full order tracking, providing customers with a delivery window ahead of time. Please note, orders placed on the Friday before 1pm will arrive on the Monday. If your order is placed after 1pm on Friday, your order will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Our minimum spend on the website is £5 and all orders will have the next day delivery option for £4.99 in the UK. All orders that include bulky items or are over £20 will come in the branded Sugarlicious box. All orders under £20 will come in a standard brown box. We're currently only delivering in the UK, but will look to expand to other EU countries in the near future.
*All delivery times are estimates and subject to the courier being able to deliver. Weather, Holidays and unforeseen events may also cause a small delay.
Our policy for refunds lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund or return, your item(s) must be in a unused and unopened condition that you received it in. You must also send the order back in the original Sugarlicious box.
1) We do not offer refunds or replacements for any Staxs, Raps, Pringles or any crisps items due to their fragile nature.
2) We do not offer refunds for items that may have melted due to the weather, nor do we offer refunds for slightly damaged items.
3) No refund or exchange will be provided for any items with less than 2 months on the best before date upon delivery.
4) You must tell us of there is a defect with any products within 24 hours of receiving the parcel
Any refunds, exchanges, or returns will require photographic evidence sent to us with the provided email. We will not refund or exchange items sent back to us without contacting us first.
